ORTON INVADES NXT TONIGHT, WWE LOOKING FOR A FEW GOOD DIVAS, BIG NEWS THAT WILL CHANGE THE FACE OF WWE RATINGS AND MUCH MORE

WWE is taping NXT tonight at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. Randy Orton and Divas champion Kaitlyn are scheduled to appear.

WWE will be holding auditions for potential new Divas next week in California. As we noted a few months back, the company was soliciting submissions from talent managers and agencies for potential new women and have set up meetings for next week. I believe additional meetings will be set up in Chicago, NYC and Florida as well.

In a move that will eventually have ripple effects for WWE and every other television product, Nielsen has agreed to begin rolling out ways to measure viewing through streaming devices and apply them to their current ratings measurements. So, if you are watching Raw via Hulu Plus, you aren't currently being counted as part of Raw's audience, but eventually you might and you will. You can check out a Hollywood Reporter piece on the decision at this link. This is the first step towards the outdated measurement system being upgraded.

The first episode of Chris Jericho's new Robot Combat series is now streaming on SyFy's Roku channel.
