No, most independent promotions would not, do to the sheer price it would cost. 99% of these companies are small hand to mouth, cash in hand business.

No, I cannot. Lynn always said he would retire on March 23rd, 2013, so he's not working you - he's just doing a retirement tour.
What animated series would you like to see WWE cross over with?
I think the WWE-Masters of the Universe crossover would be the most fun. The Shield teaming with the Horde! CM Punk riding Battlecat! Come on, it's got tons of possibilities. I hope they drop John Cena in the Slime Pit.
