In the Judge's ruling, it was noted the case was closed without prejudice, which means that it could be re-opened down the line if needed. Chances are that won't happen, since TNA was able to get a permanent injunction against former office worker Brian Wittenstein to prevent him from using any confidential TNA information he poached. There was never any proof that WWE maintained or utilized the material Wittenstein passed on to former WWE executive John Laurinaits.
It was noted that each side would cover their own legal costs and that TNA would be required to pay the court's costs.
