Carlito, who was seen at the WWE hotel over the weekend in Phoenix, is not backstaqe at the Royal Rumble PPV. So, while he was expected to appear on the PPV, that is not looking likely.

Tommy Dreamer, who was mentioned in creative meetings as a surprise, noted on Twitter he was in Poughkeepie, NY, so unless he's throwing stuff out there to swerve people, don't expect him there either.
