WWE is considering adding a Twitter feed across the bottom of the screen during Raw broadcasts.
The WWE Games Twitter account noted that the WWE videogames would indeed be continuing and asked that everyone be patient until an official announcement is made. IGN.com reported that Take Two has taken over the license. My guess is we don't hear any official announcement until 2/5, when Take Two has their next stockholders' call.
WWE is also considering doing another animated project as they issued a fan survey asking fans for their interest in that, noting that existing franchises they could partner with include He-Man, Alvin & The Chipmunks and Looney Tunes, among others. I'd love to see the CM Punk-Skeletor team-up myself! WWE's first animated cross-over with Scooby Doo will be released in March 2014.
The next several weeks of WWE Main Event will feature an "Intercontinental Cup" tournament to find a new number one contender to Wade Barrett's championship. If you aren't watching Main Event, you really are missing out on the best "bang for your back" in terms of wrestling over the course of a one hour broadcast most weeks.
