There was a strange situation over the weekend where DGUSA's Samuray del Sol featured a photo of himself on his Twitter holding a WWE contract. However, he then immediately sent out word that he had not signed any deal and the photo was a fake. Sol is under contract to DGUSA. Completely strange.
DGUSA will return to action on 1/25 in Santa Maria, CA, headlined by John Morrison's debut against Akira Tozawa. Added to that event officially are The Young Bucks vs. Sami Callihan & Arik Cannon and Jimmy Susumu & Ryo Saito vs. Johnny Gargano & Rich Swann, both of which are extremely strong tag bouts.
A number of California independent talents will work the 1/26 Huntington Park, CA event in a Six Way Fray. Brian Cage has already been announced.
Ryo Saito vs. Samuray Del Sol has also been announced for the 1/27 event in Huntington Park, CA playing off of their exchanges in a tag match at the last DGUSA iPPV.
Tickets for the DGUSA California return are on sale at www.dgusa.tv.
The promotion will be launching a new video series via Youtube shortly.
