TMZ is reporting that Hulk Hogan has refiled $100 million lawsuit against Gawker.com in Florida after it was dismissed in a Federal Court without prejudice. He is also suing his partner in the tape, Heather Clem, who he claims leaked the footage to the media. Clem is the ex-wife of Bubba The Love Sponge, who Hogan also sued before settling Bubba's end of the case.
