WRESTLEMANIA TICKET ON SALE UPDATES

By Mike Johnson on 2012-11-10 13:05:35
Wrestlemania, which went on sale today, has already sold out of the $2000, $800 and $600 tickets. Currently, the best available pair of seats come up in the $400 range.

There may be some scattered single seats out there, however and additional seats will be released as the production sets are finalized.

WWE added several sections of "limited view" seats that will not be able to see the stage or Titantron due to where the sections are situated.

Today, WWE added some "Platinum" seats offered through Ticketmaster with extremely high prices in the thousands for first row and first concourse center seats as well.

Given how much WWE raised the prices this year, it should be interesting to see how they handle complaints from fans who's views are partially blocked by the production structures needed to hold the company's lighting rig in outdoor stadiums.

This was easily the highest priced Wrestlemania, from a ticketing standpoint, in the history of the company as some seats in the second level of the stadium were going for as much as $200 plus after charges.
