Davey Richards vs. Michael Elgin II has been signed for the 11/3 ROH in Sinclair TV Tapings in Bell Vernon, PA. Their first match, held over Wrestlemania weekend in Fort Lauderdale, FL at Showdown in the Sun, easily sits at the top of the list of best ROH matches this year and was a match well worth seeking out. The match made Elgin a player in the company and they have a hell of a task on their hands trying to top that one. For ticket details, visit www.rohwrestling.com.
ROH will be streaming an iPPV pre-game show this Saturday prior to Glory by Honor X going on the air so fans can log in and see that the stream is working. If the stream will not work for fans, they will have the option to cancel their order before the show goes on the air. That is a great idea. The company realizes that they need this stream to go absolutely perfect in order to try and win some of the fan base back this weekend. It's going to be a long road for them (I'd guess 6-9 iPPVs need to go off without a hitch) and they are doing everything in their power to make it happen. The bottom line is that there is a small but dedicated fan base that used to live and die by their ROH and if ROH can make some changes, that base will come back and be forgiving. The changes TNA made this year proved that point. Let's hope that luck is with ROH on Saturday, because they certainly have had a run of bad luck that needs to end.
