Hogan said he wasn't making any excuses and made the wrong choice during a rough period in his life "six years" ago. He said the situation was "devastating" to him. He noted that he had "bottomed out" since that era and is in a much better place.
Hogan said he doesn't know who did this to him and why and he's going "full blown" to find out who did this. He said that's accountable for his actions and always has been.
