TMZ.com reported that Hogan's attorneys are drafting a "nasty cease and desist letter" after the website ran a one minute edited version of the Hulk Hogan porn tape and a detailed recap of the contents of the video.
Hulk's lawyer David R. Houston tells TMZ, "This tape was made secretly without Hulk's knowledge or permission. We are going to do everything in our power to figure out who did it. Anyone displaying the tape will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law."
Gawker.com claimed that the tape was sent to them free of charge and the request that they watch it. It's still up on their website.
