WWE TAPING FIRST MAIN EVENT TONIGHT, FORMER WWE STAR CHOKES OUT MAN ON MINNEAPOLIS TRAIN AND MORE NEWS

WWE will be taping Smackdown and the debut episode of Main Event tonight. Sheamus vs. Alberto Del Rio is locally advertised as the main event for the taping. The debut episode of Main Event will feature the "first" meeting between WWE champ CM Punk and Sheamus as well as a tag team tournament bout. If anyone is attending the taping, we are seeking spoiler reports.

The New York Daily News today ran a front page story claiming George Clooney is about to break up with Stacy Keibler. Yes, in all of NYC, that's what was so important it needed to be on the front page.

TMZ.com featured a story on former WWE and TNA star Shawn Daivari using a rear naked choke to subdue a man threatening people on a train in Minneapolis. Daivari then threw him off the train. Local authorities say they are investigating the incident. You can read about it by clicking here.

Lilian Garcia made an appearance on The Nick & Artie Show, which airs on DirecTV's Audience channel yesterday.

WWE Studios' "The Day" will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray on 11/27.

The Undertaker DVD "The Streak 20-0" has been added to Netflix Streaming on Demand.

WWE has released a Kane and Daniel Bryan "Hug it out" shirt. Really. They've also released a second shirt for the team as well as new shirts for Zack Ryder and The Miz.
