RING OF HONOR TELEVISION REPORT: IS THE HOUSE OF TRUTH A HOUSE OF CARDS?; SIX MAN TAG ACTION FEATURING THE TAG CHAMPS; THE BRAVADOS ARE BACK

We start off with footage from Best in the World when Kyle O’Reilly addressed Davey Richards before Davey’s match with Kevin Steen and said that he was no longer going to be Davey’s lackey.

We are live on tape from Baltimore, Maryland and your announcers are Kevin Kelly and Nigel McGuinness.

Before our opening match, Kyle O’Reilly says that in New York City, he did not tap out to Adam Cole. He says that he was beating the blood back into circulation to a previous injury. He says that he would rather die than tap to Adam Cole. Kyle says that he has a thirst for blood and he will make an example of Matt Taven.

Match Number One: Kyle O’Reilly versus Matt Taven

Kyle with a running forearm to Taven followed by kicks to the chest. Kyle with an Irish whip but Taven floats over and then hits a spin kick. Kyle with a float over of his own but Taven with a moonsault for a near fall. Taven tries for a handspring move but Kyle catches him. Taven is able to counter with an arm drag that sends Kyle to the floor. Taven with a plancha onto Kyle.

They return to the ring but Kyle sends Taven to the apron. Taven with an enzuigiri and Kyle blocks a suplex to the floor. Kyle with a running boot to Taven that sends him to the floor. Kyle goes to the apron and hits a running drop kick that sends Taven into the guardrails. Kyle goes up top and hits a missile drop kick for a near fall. Kyle applies a cross arm breaker but Taven is able to get to the ropes.

Kyle with a hammer lock back breaker for a near fall. Kyle with a forearm but Taven fires back and connects with a few punches. Kyle with kicks and knees followed by a back heel sweep. Kyle continues to work on the shoulder. Taven with forearms but Kyle returns to the shoulder to stop Taven. Taven with an enzuigiri and then he puts Kyle on the top rope for an elevated Roll the Dice but Kyle kicks out at two.

Kyle with a kick to the chest but Taven with a chop. They go back and forth. Kyle with a kick to the back of the head followed by a punch for a near fall. Kyle with a belly-to-back suplex for a near fall. Kyle puts Taven on the top turnbuckle and Kyle sets for a superplex but Taven pushes Kyle to the mat. Taven with a frog splash but he lands on the knees. Kyle with a Fujiwara arm bar and Taven taps out.

Winner: Kyle O’Reilly

Kevin and Nigel talk about how they have not heard from Davey Richards since he lost the title at Best in the World. Nigel talks about the emotions that you go through after losing the World Title.

We go to commercial.

Match Number Two: Todd Sople versus Rhino (with Truth Martini)

Rhino slaps Sople and then he punches and kicks him in the corner. Rhino with forearms followed by a clothesline and Rhino raises his arms. Rhino with an Irish whip and running shoulder into the corner. Rhino with another shoulder into the corner. Rhino with a belly-to-belly suplex and he sets for the GORE and hits it and gets the three count.

Winner: Rhino

After the match, Martini gets on the mic and he says that in the House of Truth there is love, there is loyalty, and there is unity. He says that he has heard all of the rumors. Michael Elgin and Roderick Strong work together like a nice Swiss watch.

We go to commercial.

We are back with footage from two weeks ago when Adam Cole defeated Roderick Strong to win the Ring of Honor Television Title. During the match, we saw Michael Elgin’s refusal to help Strong. Are Elgin and Strong on the same page?

Match Number Three: Michael Elgin and Roderick Strong (with Truth Martini) versus The Bravado Brothers

Elgin complies with the Code of Honor against the wishes of Truth Martini. Strong tells Elgin that he will start the match. Strong and Harlem start things off. Elgin tags himself in and the unity is moving out of the Inner Harbor. Strong tags himself back in and we might get something during the match.

They finally lock up and Strong with chops. Harlem punches back and Strong with a forearm. Harlem with a float over and arm drags followed by a near fall. Harlem with a chop and Lancelot tags in. Harlem with a drop kick and Lancelot gets a near fall. Strong with a knee and he sends Lancelot into the turnbuckles. Strong with a chop and forearm. Lancelot with a belly-to-belly suplex and he gets a near fall.

Harlem tags back in and he hits a reverse atomic drop and Lancelot with a neck breaker and Harlem gets a near fall. Elgin tags in and he picks up Harlem but Harlem sends Elgin into the turnbuckles and connects with forearms. Elgin tosses Harlem into the air and sends him to the mat and gets a few near falls. Elgin with a kick to the back and he sets for the power bomb but Harlem with an elbow. Harlem tries for an O’Connor Roll but Elgin holds on to the ropes. Lancelot makes the tag. Harlem blocks a kick and Lancelot grabs the leg while Harlem hits an enzuigiri. Elgin backs Lancelot into the corner and he gets Lancelot on his shoulders and he picks up Harlem and hits a fallaway slam and gets a near fall on Lancelot.

Strong makes the tag and he gets a near fall. Strong with a forearm to Lancelot and he follows it with a chop. Strong with forearms to stop Lancelot. Lancelot lands on his feet on a belly-to-back suplex attempt. Harlem is tagged in and he connects with a clothesline and bicycle kick for a near fall.

Harlem with a running forearm into the corner followed by a suplex and he goes up top. Harlem with another enzuigiri followed by a German suplex from Lancelot and Harlem gets a near fall. The Bravados set up for a double team maneuver but Martini gets on the apron and that forces Lancelot to go after Martini. Strong with a forearm to Harlem and Elgin refuses to make the tag. Harlem with a rollup and Backlund bridge for the three count.

Winners: The Bravado Brothers

After the match, Strong picks up a streamer and throws it at Elgin. Strong leaves the ring for a moment but he returns to the ring to get in Elgin’s face. Martini tries to calm them down but we go to commercial.

We are back and it is time for Inside ROH.

The first topic this week is the House of Truth and the match between The Guardians of Truth and the Briscoes. We see highlights from the match. Then we go to footage from the post match attack with help from Rhino and Roderick Strong, but Michael Elgin comes out but does not help.

Jay Briscoe talks about what the Guardians of Truth did to them on television and Mark says that it was horse manure and pig droppings. Jay mentions Rhino and Roderick Strong getting involved. Jay says that he respects that Elgin did not get involved. Jay says that they are going to the House of Truth and they are going to destroy it.

The next topic is who is the First Lady of Ring of Honor, Maria Kanellis or Sara Del Rey. We go to footage from last week’s Mike Bennett versus Roderick Strong match and Sara’s involvement after the match.

Match Number Four: Jay Lethal, Kenny King, and Rhett Titus versus Steve Corino, Jimmy Jacobs, and Kevin Steen

All six men stand face to face for the possibility of a handshake to comply with the Code of Honor. Steen offers his hand to King and he does a very elaborate handshake with King, but Kenny does not appreciate it and King punches Steen as the match begins.

All six men battle with Corino dealing with Titus, King and Steen outside the ring. Lethal with an Irish whip to Jacobs but Jacobs gets his boot up. Lethal with a hip toss followed by a cartwheel and drop kick. Corino sends Lethal to the floor but Titus with a Thesz Press on Corino. Corino with a forearm but Titus with a back elbow and Corino goes to the floor.

Steen throws Titus to the floor. King with punches to Steen but Steen with a kick. King with an enzuigiri to Steen that sends him to the floor. Lethal, Titus, and King go to the floor and go after Steen, Jacobs, and Corino. Steen apparently sends King into the guardrails and Steen and Jacobs work him over.

Steen sends King into the guardrails again. Titus and Corino are in the ring and Titus with a slingshot belly-to-back suplex for a near fall. Titus with a snap mare and he gets a near fall. King tags in as order is restored. Titus with a slam and King with a slingshot leg drop and Titus with a splash for a near fall.

King with a suplex and he floats over to punch Corino. Steen distracts the referee so no count is made. Titus tags in and King drops Cornino on the top rope and Titus with a slingshot shoulder tackle for a near fall. Titus with a reverse chin lock. King tags back in and connects with a forearm to the back. King punches Corino but Steen hits King from behind as he comes off the ropes. Jacobs drops King on the top rope and Corino hits a Saito suplex. Jacobs tags in and he rolls King towards his corner. Jacobs punches King and we go to commercial.

We are back and Steen with a knee to King’s midsection. Steen sends King into the turnbuckles and he mimics King trying to crawl across the ring to make the tag. King with a rollup for a near fall. Steen stops King from making the tag and he applies a front face lock. Jacobs tags back in and they bite King. King is triple teamed while the referee sends Titus and Lethal back to their corner.

Corino with an Irish whip but King floats over and gets a near fall with a sunset flip. King tags in Lethal and Jay with clotheslines and elbows to Corino and Jacobs. Lethal with a drop kick to Steen from the apron. Lethal with a neck breaker to Jacobs while hitting a DDT on Corino and Lethal gets a near fall. Steen tags in. Lethal with an enzuigiri to Corino that sends him to the floor. Lethal runs past Steen as he comes off the ropes and he hits a suicide dive onto Corino.

Meanwhile, back in the ring, Titus and King work over Steen with King hitting a spinning heel kick and Titus hits a drop kick. Lethal goes up top for the elbow drop and he hits it but Corino breaks up the cover. Lethal kicks Corino but Corino with a kick of his own. Corino hits a Downward Spiral on Lethal but Titus hits a leap frog bulldog on Corino.

Jacobs spears Titus but King with a running drop kick to Jacobs. Steen hits a power bomb on King. Lethal with the Lethal Combination on Steen and everyone is down. Lethal puts Steen on the turnbuckles and sets for a superplex but Jacobs tags in. Lethal calls for the Lethal Injection but Corino with a super kick. Jacobs hits the Contra Code and Corino with the Sliding D. Steen with a Swanton but Lethal kicks out.

Jacobs has the spike but Lethal with a kick to the head and Lethal hits the Lethal Injection for the three count.

Winners: Jay Lethal, Kenny King, and Rhett Titus

After the match, Steen attacks Lethal from behind and sends him into the guardrails. Titus and King work over Jacobs and Corino. Steen pulls Titus out of the ring and sends him into the guardrails. Corino with a clothesline to King and then Steen brings a chair into the ring. Corino suplexes King onto a chair.
