www.Grantland.com features a great piece on the career and life of Kevin Nash. Even if you don't like the guy, I think it's worth checking out and reading. Most interesting is his stance that the wrestling business died with Wrestlemania 20 when Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero celebrated as champions and that they never should have been in main event positions. Nash says that he feels the same way about CM Punk and Daniel Bryan, because if they are walking through an airport, no one would know who they were unless they did something to bring attention to themselves. It's an interesting viewpoint, although I would have loved to have followed up with a question on whether he thought Shawn Michaels fit that same bill. Nash also discusses, among other topics, his acting career (he's actually a tremendous actor), the financial state of the world, an incredible comment comparing smart wrestling fans and their outlook on the business to classic art in museums, his future and more. It's well written and well worth taking the time to read.
