Destination X was the first TNA pay per view since Final Resolution to have more than one hundred minutes of wrestling and they beat Money in the Bank for the victory in July. With two fewer matches, WWE had the longer average match length by more than two minutes.
All six of WWE’s pay per views this year have had more than ninety minutes of wrestling. As a result of Money in the Bank’s total, WWE fell under the one hundred minute per show average.
The twenty four minute increase from Slammiversary was the second highest increase behind TNA’s thirty four minute increase from the first Hardcore Justice to No Surrender.
SummerSlam will see WWE break the three thousand minute barrier.
The Kofi Kingston and R Truth versus Hunico and Camacho pre-show match is not counted in the totals for Money in the Bank, but the match went 8 minutes.
