Wrestling is Fun
West End Youth Center
Allentown, PA
July 13, 2012

Dasher Hatfield defeated Kobald.

Mr. Touchdown called out Mike Quackenbush, because their scheduled match were cancelled due to Quack's wrist injury.

Kodama and Obariyon defeated Knight Eye for the Pirate Guy (Jolly Roger and Lance Steel) after finally taking Steel's armor off, using the strategy they learned at Chikara’s Aniversario event in May.

Johnny Ego defeated Soldier Ant.

Jaka defeated Jigsaw.

Grizzly Redwood defeated Stigma.

Ophidian defeated Frightmare, in Frightmare’s first singles match since his knee injury.

The Devastation Corporation (accompanied by a manager whose name I didn’t catch) defeated two masked wrestlers referred only as "Two Dudes." They are very much a throwback to the 80s era tag teams like Demolition, LOD, or Master Blasters. They can be seen at: http://instagram.com/p/NCyteKHgSu/

Mr. Touchdown defeated Green Ant after smashing him with his helmet. A banana was wagered for the winner of the match. After the match, Dasher Hatfield was clearly disappointed in his tag partner’s actions.

Notes: Leslie Butterscotch and Avery Boysenberry, two young men trying to make a name for themselves by posting a video on YouTube as an audition tape of sorts for WWE and TNA, were sitting in the bleachers. At intermission, they set up an impromptu merch table in the men's bathroom with a projector showing their YouTube video before finally getting kicked out by Condor Security. You can see their audition video at: http://youtu.be/gQUibyUV0tY... The crowd was in the 100-150 range... The audio wasn’t the best, to the point that when Mike Quackenbush was responding to Mr. Touchdown, he got rid of the microphone and just spoke louder... Quackenbush, Bryce Remsburg, Leonard F. Chikarason, Dasher Hatfield, and Gavin Loudspeaker rotated on commentary... Wrestling is Fun will return to the Lehigh Valley on September 29. No venue was announced.
