Deeb was arrested by the Pasco County Sherriff's Office at 100 North Albany Ave (not on the water) at 11:13 PM and was released despite refusing to sign her citation.
BUI, under Florida law, is described as the following:
*When the person who operated a boat within the State of Florida is under the influence of alcoholic beverages or a chemical substance when affected to the extent that the person's normal faculties are impaired; or
*When the person has a blood-alcohol level (BAL) of 0.08 or more grams of alcohol per 100 milliliters of blood; or
*When the person has a breath-alcohol level of 0.08 or more grams of alcohol per 210 liters of breath.
Deeb responded to the arrest, writing on her Twitter, "Ok...can anyone REALLY picture me driving a boat? Get real AND...next time the highlight of your day involves judging others who you know nothing about, maybe you should look yourself in the mirror."
Despite her apparent denial of the incident, her mug shot is available online.
Deeb was released from WWE in August 2010 after a storyline where she, as a fan, had her head shaved to show loyalty for the Straightedge Society. While there were plans to book her into a Straightedge wedding with Punk, issues with her behavior instead led to her release. Deeb continued to work independents until suffering a major concussion and of late, had been working as a yoga instructor in Florida.
