WHY WWE IS PROMOTING SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM TOUT! SO HARD

In all of their promotional material for their three hour Raw expansion and the social media interactivity WWE intend to include as part of the new chapter for the Raw franchise, they have been actively pushing little known social media outlet Tout!, which allows users to upload real-time video messages with the idea that viewers and wrestlers can interact with each other.

There's a great reason for this - WWE has invested in the start-up.

Techcrunch.com reported today that WWE is one of the investors involved in investing in the platform, where users can record 15 second clips back and forth to each other.

The platform currently claims 23 million users are using the service, according to TechCrunch.com
