TAKING A MASSIVE LOOK AT THE WIN/LOSS RECORDS OF EVERY WWE AND TNA WRESTLER SO FAR IN 2012

By Darren Bongiovanni on 2012-07-06 10:13:36

Darren’s Win-Loss Column Special Mid-Year Report

Since June is over and 2012 is half over, I decided to do a special column looking back at what has been going on so far this year. In this column, I will list every wrestler that has competed so far this year, with all of their matches and their current record as of June 30, as well as what brand they are wrestling for as of press time. Following that will be the list of all of the matches held on a specific show or Pay-Per-View. Then, I will list every type of match that has been held, in the same order that I list them on the chart for the Month in Review. Some matches may be listed twice due to them being a part of multiple categories. I will then list all of the Gimmick & Title Matches, organized by type of match and which title. Then, all of the re-matches will be listed. Starting now, I will not include every re-match and the total wrestlers list in the next Month in Review and only include those relevant to that particular month. This will be the same for the Gimmick & Title Matches Listings for each week. Only matches that take place on that particular week will be listed. For the actual Win-Loss Column, see my weekly column. I hope you enjoy this special look back at 2012 so far and will continue to read my column. I’ll do this again in 6 months as we say goodbye to 2012. Thank you for reading this and for all feedback, please tweet me (@Hbkid718).

WRESTLERS’ RECORDS

Before I list all of the wrestlers that have competed so far this year, I thought I would write some interesting facts.

Best Overall Record: Sheamus (35-11-3)

Best WWE Record: Sheamus (35-11-3)

Best TNA Record: James Storm (15-4-2)

Best Diva/Knockout Record: Beth Phoenix (14-8-0)

Worst WWE Record (Tie): Jim Duggan & Booker T (0-3-0)

Worst TNA Record: Robbie E (0-5-0)

Worst Record Overall Without a Win or Loss: Anthony Nese (0-0-1)

Best Winning Streak Overall: Brodus Clay – 24 straight wins until 1st loss on June 25 (was off TV for 2 months, so he doesn’t have the most consecutive wins)

Best Winning Streak for WWE: Brodus Clay – 24

Best Winning Streak for TNA: Magnus – 9

There is no Diva/Knockout with a Winning Streak in either company, as in both companies, the most wins in a row they get is 4 before losing the next match.

Most Consecutive Wins Without A Loss: Ryback – 17

Most Losses Overall: Dolph Ziggler – 26

Most Losses For WWE: Dolph Ziggler - 26

Most Losses For TNA: Bully Ray – 17

Most Losses For Diva/Knockout Overall: Alicia Fox – 7

Most Losses For Diva/Knockout in WWE: Alicia Fox – 7

Most Losses For Diva/Knockout in TNA: Madison Rayne – 6

Most Consecutive Losses Without A Win (Tie): The Miz & Alex Riley – 15

Most No Contests Overall: Kane – 5

Most No Contests for WWE: Kane – 5

Most No Contests for TNA: Jeff Hardy – 4

Longest Period of Time Without Wrestling: Michael Cole & D’Angelo Dinero – competed in January, but didn’t wrestle again until June

TOTAL WRESTLERS: 184

Legends: 2

Non-Wrestler: 1

RAW: 43

NXT: 16

SD: 65

TNA: 57

The Brand assigned to the wrestler is what roster they are on as of press time, according to the companies’ respective website. Since Mick Foley & Road Dogg only competed at the Royal Rumble and not on TV, they are listed as legends. Jim Duggan competed in the Rumble, but he also wrestled twice on Smackdown, therefore he is listed as a Smackdown wrestler. Vader & Sid competed on Raw, so therefore they are listed as Raw talents and Gene Okerlund competed on Smackdown, so he is a Smackdown talent. The Rock and Brock Lesnar, though they never competed on Raw are listed on the Raw Roster, so that is what they are listed here. Ryback’s victims competed on both Raw and Smackdown, so they are listed under the show they competed on, except for the ones that lost on PPV, they are still listed as Smackdown talent, since Ryback is a Smackdown wrestler. Maria Menounous only competed at WrestleMania so she is listed

as a Non-Wrestler. The wrestlers listed under NXT are those who just debuted, as well as Derrick Bateman, Maxine, & Percy Watson who are not listed on either the Raw or Smackdown pages.
