WHOSE FAULT IS IT WHEN CREATIVE HAS NOTHING FOR YOU, ZIGGLER AND RHODES AT THE TOP OF THE CARD, WHY ANNOUNCERS ARE LIVE AT TV AND MORE

When a wrestler is released and given the now infamous reason of "creative has nothing for you", this basically translates to "we're going to fire Person A because Person B isn't doing their job". In any other profession, that almost seems like it would be illegal, and most likely would be lawsuit worthy. Mind-boggling, especially when you consider that they can keep coming up with stuff for The Great Khali but Shelton Benjamin apparently had nothing to offer. Then comes someone like Zack Ryder, who basically does creative's job for them, and he's pretty much treated like scum. Even more mind-boggling. What exactly is the mindset behind this illogical logic?

In many cases, guys are indeed released because they weren't really given a chance to succeed.  It largely falls on Vince McMahon because if he wants someone to get a push, they get it.  But at the end of the day, wrestlers are performers that sign independent contractor deals and thus don't have the rights of a regular employee.  It sucks, but it's the way it is.

What are the odds that we see both Dolph Ziggler and Cody Rhodes break out and become main event guys in the next few months? Both Ziggler and Rhodes have come a long way and in my mind but are being wasted in meaningless mid card feuds for titles that no one seems to care about at all. For a company in need of fresh new stars I couldn't think of 2 better wrestlers to be given the ball and run with it then Ziggler and Rhodes.

I would allow a 1% chance that WWE pushes both guys as top talents in the next few months, and that is not an indictment of either man.  I think both should be pushed better than they are but WWE has not shown me that they are committed to doing that.  I could see Ziggler getting the push but Cody is pretty far down the card right now.

When WWE makes the lists of greatest whatever (most recently 50 finishers) how much would a worker being in TNA effect that workers ranking?

I don't have a number but they have shown in the past that they will list TNA guys so I don't see them working there as a deal breaker.

How come WWE flies the TV announce team to every show, wouldn't it be cheaper to have them stay at home and call the matches in a radio station type of studio?

WWE wants a professional presentation of their product and that includes shots of the announcers.  It's that simple.

When did the site start and how many workers do you have and past employees are there?

We migrated from our old home at 1Wrestling.com, which started in August of 1997, in January of 2004.  I have never tallied up how many people have contributed in the past but all are appreciated.
