With this TNA lawsuit out there, is WWE allowed to sign any talent from TNA as long as their contracts are up (Matt Morgan, Alex Shelley) or talents who have been released (Ric Flair)?

I can see no legal reason why they couldn't sign a guy whose contract expired or was released, except for maybe Flair since he was named in the lawsuit.  They could probably even sign him if they wanted to but my take is it makes no sense to do so as he is a central figure in the lawsuit and you don't want to throw gas on a fire.

What was the best wrestling disguise? Midnight Rider? Stagger Lee? Yellow Dog? The Machines?

Hmm, Chyna as a female wrestler?  I kid Chyna.  I will go with Vince Russo as a booker.

The last episode of Creative Has Nothing For You "NWA", it had me wondering - suppose I started my own wrestling company called The Wyoming Wrestling Federation and I cleared it with the World Wildlife Fund to use the acronym WWF, would that be legal or could WWE do something legally to stop me?

That is an interesting question.  I am no lawyer, but I think that if your logo didn't try to trade off of WWE's and you get permission from the fund, you probably could do so.  You would want to come up with something better than Wyoming though.  That name is destined for failure.

It is always nice seeing Cyndi Lauper... but I was surprised they brought Wendy Richter back. Didn't she flake out on the WW(F) in the 80's after they gave her the title? What exactly went down?

Basically they felt that Richter got a little big for her britches back then and became more trouble that she was worth, so they had Moolah pin her and take her title.  They have since made up and she is already in the WWE Hall Of Fame, so her recent appearance doesn't surprise me.

I have seen on other sites that Kenny Dykstra Doane is making a lot of allegations about WWE talents but your site hasn't covered any of it.  Is there a reason for that (I think it's because you guys like to stay away from gossip but I just wanted to get clarification)?

Yes, that is exactly why we have stayed away from it.  The salacious stuff does nothing for us and unless it has a direct impact on the business, such as someone being arrested, fired or a matter of public record, I will leave who says they banged who to the gossip sites.  If they want to cover it, fine.  I prefer to stay away from it, especially when a lot of it turns out to be BS.
