HOW WWE HANDLES TALENTS FIRED DUE TO WELLNESS VIOLATIONS, CHRISTIAN IN TNA, WADE BARRETT AND MORE

With all the injuries and suspensions, I wonder when Wade Barrett will be back. Maybe you have an update on him in the near future?

The last we had heard, Barrett wasn't expected back until late summer.

After reading an answer that you provided to a question about Randy Orton or another top star getting 3 strikes and being fired (I thought your answer was very analytical and astute given the public ownership of WWE); my question though is: after being fired for 3 strikes, given enough time in the interval, would WWE rehire them or is it permanent?

The current WWE policy is that if someone is fired for three strikes, they can be re-hired after a year if they pass the company pre-screening process - but they will permanently have two strikes upon their return, meaning one failure would result in the company firing them again.

I was just wondering your take on the current injuries, etc. that have plagued the WWE roster. I don't want anyone to be hurt or suspended, but don't you think in a way this is a good thing? They'll be forced to push new faces at the top, ie-if Alberto doesn't make No Way Out, they can put Ziggler in with Sheamus? He is certainly deserving of a top spot, or at least a chance to see how he'd do with a top spot.

It can be seen as a good thing if they place someone else into a top spot and they take off, but to me, there is never anything good about a rash of injuries. The roster is paper-thin right now and there is a lot of pressure on everyone to perform. WWE is in a position where they really need some good luck because we are inching ever closer to the worst case scenario - the company not having enough quality talent to cover their own programming.

Hi I was wondering if Christian's appearance with TNA is more than a one time thing? and do you think this will hurt his WWE status in terms of booking?

It was absolutely a one-time thing as a trade-off for Ric Flair appearing at Wrestlemania and the WWE Hall of Fame. WWE sent him there so it's not going to hurt him. He was being a good soldier.

With Christian appearing on a TNA show while working with WWE, do you think WWE will run some kind of angle with it, or just ignore it? What would you do?

There are no plans to do anything with it. It has already been forgotten by the company.
