How can ROH ask Gabe Sapolsky to be quiet with a cease and desist? It's his opinions.
Sapolsky signed a non-disclosure with Cary Silkin when he was let go by the company. Usually, you sign one in exchange for a severance package so my guess is that's what happened here. My guess is that when he criticized the company, someone there felt he violated the agreement so they sent him the legal letter. I suppose Sapolsky could fight it and take his chances legally but why waste the money and resources in a court case?
