WHERE SUPERSTARS AND NXT COULD END UP, JOHN CENA FILMING THIS WEEK, WALL STREET REALLY LOVES WWE RIGHT NOW AND MORE

Wall Street loved the earnings that WWE released yesterday.  The stock rose over a dollar on an otherwise down day and has kept their gains today even as the market has slid backward considerably.  So, the financial pundits liked what they saw from WWE.  They had expected lower earnings than what WWE delivered.  The stock went up over a dollar yesterday, getting back near the $9.00 mark.

Yesterday on the earnings conference call, Vince McMahon talked about finding a new home for Superstars and NXT.  Sources in the company have told us that one possible home for the shows would be Hulu, which should have a WWE ally in their current TV partner NBC Universal, which has an ownership stake in the company.  WWE also has a content deal in place with YouTube, which has been fruitful financially for them.  Some in the company believe WWE would like to leverage Hulu and YouTube against each other to get the best deal that they can for the shows.

John Cena was filming scenes this week reprising his role as the father of the title character in "Fred 3: Fred Goes To Camp".

Christian did an interview promoting tomorrow's Smackdown show in Asheville, NC at this link.

The family of former NFL great Junior Seau, who appears to have committed suicide earlier this week, have either decided to or are strongly considering donating his brain to Chris Nowinski's institute for examination.
