While running the photos, TheDirty's Nik Richie has questioned whether the woman in question is the ex-wife of one of Hogan's celebrity friends. The website is claiming more stills will be published going forward.
Hogan's lawyers have claimed that since the footage was shot in Florida, the filming without Hogan's consent would constitute a felony. Thus, they will pursue legal charges if the photos aren't pulled.
TMZ.com, which broke the story, is reporting that TheDirty.com has no plans to pull the photos.
