I don't believe they are going to be following that route, but I can see the similarities. In terms of an entire outside faction taking over WWE, they aren't heading in that direction.
Since the WWE holds both the Women's and tag Team titles in such low regard, bordering on contempt, why don't they just retire them both? I can see you saying it gives them a goal, and I can see that with the Women's title, but it is so obvious that the Tag Titles are no longer a viable title..just get rid of them. What do you think?
I can see them retiring the tag titles, to be honest with you. The aren't ever going to be in a position where they draw money for WWE and since they don't use those matches to accentuate the wrestling side of their product either, they are sort of meaningless. I don't see them ever retiring the Divas title because the women are an important aspect of their marketing and promotional machine.
Whatever happened to Johnny Rodz?
Rodz still lives in New York City and runs his training school out of Gleason's Gym. The school, which developed Bill DeMott, Taz, Tommy Dreamer, Prince Nana, Matt Striker and lots of others, is actually going to begin doing free iPPVs shortly.
Where does WWE store all of their props, i.e. things like the Elimination Chamber, cars they've destroyed, etc.?
The company has a number of warehouses they use to store and archive their materials in the Stamford, CT area.
If you had to pick your 2013 WWE Hall of Fame class for NYC, who should they be?
In my mind, I'd put the following names in next year - Randy Savage, Paul Heyman, Demolition, Tommy Dreamer, Rick Martel and the late Adrian Adonis.
