Chew Co-host and Food Network Iron Chef Michael Symon first showed a John Cena video package(narrated by "The Chew" executive producer/announcer Gordon Elliott), then introduced Cena like a ring announcer.
Cena came out of the show's 150-person studio audience in his current ring gear. Symon then taught Cena how to make his Creamed Spinach, which Cena said he likes.
As Cena stirred the spinach, Symon shows him how to prepare his T-Bone Steak with Salsa Verde.
Symon and Cena spent the final segment of the show promoting Cena vs The Rock at WrestleMania 28. After tasting both dishes, Cena ended the show by picking Symon up for an "Attitude Adjustment", but Cena put the chef down on his feet.
