Jim Neidhart remains incarcerated following his 3/14 arrest for contempt of court following an outburst while being sentenced for his 2010 drug and theft arrest.

Neidhart has a hearing on 3/24 in regard to the 2010 case.

While this had not been reported previously, Neidhart was also arrested in November 2011 for driving a motorcycle without a valid license for one.
