This is all fallout from the settlement of the John Graziano settlement as Hogan had to pay funds out of his own pocket when the settlement was above and beyond what his insurance company was legally obligated to cover.
Hogan is suing his insurance company, claiming that he was never properly informed of the level of insurance he needed to properly protect his assets.
Hogan later added Linda as a defendant, claiming that as his business manager during that period, she should have protected the family interests and that she had an obligation under Florida law to educate Hogan as to the best way to protect his interests.
A lawsuit regarding Linda's alleged defamation of Hulk still remains and is currently in litigation.
