CENA GETS LARGER ROLE AT DAYTONA 500

Kate Upton & Jane Lynch split town after today's Daytona 500 was rained out. Daytona International Speedway on their twitter said that John Cena will now replace them as the Grand Marshal for the Daytona 500 and be the Honorary Starter. So Cena will give the command to start engines on pit road then get taken over to the start/finsh line and climb the Flag stand to wave the green flag.

No one has ever had both jobs for NASCAR's biggest race of the year. It appears Cena giving the Command may not be on TV. FOX is to air at 12pmEST with the Green Flag at 12:01pm so the command will be off TV.

TV will probably re-air it but it will air live on MRN Radio online & local radio stations/NASCAR Radio on SiruisXM.

The weather forecast for Monday looks grim which could delay the start later into the day. Will Cena stay in Daytona if it keeps raining or will he fly out to Portland for Raw?
