2/19 FCW TV REPORT: NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS CROWNED, THE HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE PICTURE GETS CLOUDY, WHY THE SPOTLIGHT IS NOT ALWAYS A GOOD THING AND MORE

We are live on tape from Tampa, Florida and your announcers are Byron ‘I could talk circles around Michael Cole’ Saxton, Chris ‘Mad Bow Ties’ Russo, and William ‘Waiting for Regal/Ambrose II . . . Sunshine’ Regal.

Chris talks about the tag title match tonight and how they tried to talk to Bo Rotundo and Husky Harris, but something else happened. We see them about to be interviewed and Leakee has been hurt. The medical staff and some wrestlers check on Leakee.

Caylee Turner brings out Abraham Washington and he has the FCW Tag Title belts. Abe says that on behalf of Maxine, he has an announcement to make. Abe says that due to unfortunate and untimely events, the Tag Titles have been vacated. Abe says that the show must go on and tonight we will have a Tag Title Match with Bo Rotundo and Husky Harris facing Brad Maddox and a partner of his choosing.

Brad Maddox comes out and he is emotionally disturbed over Briley Pierce’s leg injury.

Brad announces the terrible and tragic news that Briley Pierce injured his leg last week and it is broken so he will not be able to compete. Brad says that it is not an easy thing to replace the heart and soul of your tag team. Brad says that he has looked high and low and far and wide to find someone to try to replace Briley.

Brad brings out his tag team partner and it is . . . Eli Cottonwood.

Match Number One: Eli Cottonwood and Brad Maddox versus Bo Rotundo and Husky Harris for the FCW Tag Team Titles

Eli and Husky start things off and they lock up and Eli backs Husky into the corner and Eli with a knee and elbows. Eli with an Irish whip and Brad wants to tag in and Eli makes the tag. Brad with a punch to the head and he has something to say to his tag team partner. Harris with a clothesline and he tags in Bo. Bo and Husky kick Maddox and Bo gets a near fall.

Bo with a clothesline into the corner followed by a bulldog and then Bo knocks Eli off the apron. Bo sets for the spear and as he comes off the ropes, Eli pulls down the ropes and Bo goes to the floor.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Eli tags in while he holds Bo for Eli to kick him. Eli with a slam and then he applies a bear hug. Bo tries to make the tag but Eli with a forearm to the back. Eli backs Bo into the corner and Brad tags in and he punches Bo. Eli tags in and he punches Bo and sends him into the turnbuckles.

Brad tags back in and he punches Bo in the lower back to focus on the injured kidneys. Brad with a suplex for a near fall. Brad sends Bo into the turnbuckles and then he punches Bo in the head and sends him back into the turnbuckles. Brad with more forearms to Bo. Brad prepares to charge into the corner but Eli wants to tag in and Bo with a spear and the three count.

Winners: Bo Rotundo and Husky Harris

After the match, Brad yells at Eli but Eli with a choke slam to Maddox and Eli leaves the ring.

Seth Rollins is sitting on the apron in the back and Paige comes up to him and shows him something on a computer. We go to commercial.

Match Number Two: Xavier Woods versus Antonio Cesaro

They lock up and Woods with a wrist lock but Cesaro reverses. Cesaro with a front face lock but Woods with a drop kick. Woods goes for the wrist and Cesaro with an arm bar. Cesaro works on the shoulder and Woods escapes a suplex and gets a near fall with a rollup. Woods and Cesaro exchange chops and Cesaro with a side head lock take down.

Cesaro with a knee and then he takes Woods to the mat. Cesaro pulls Woods out of the ring and Woods with punches while William Regal heads to the back. Woods tries to get back into the ring and Cesaro pulls up the ring skirt and he kicks Woods to the floor.

Cesaro sends Woods into the ring steps. Cesaro does some stretching while Woods struggles to get back into the ring. Woods gets back in at the last moment and Cesaro with a near fall. Cesaro with a suplex and he gets a near fall. Cesaro with a side salto but Woods with a rollup. Woods with a back slide for a near fall.

Woods with jabs to Cesaro and then he does a split and punches Antonio. Woods misses an elbow drop and Cesaro hits a drop kick for a near fall. Cesaro runs into a boot and Woods with a headspring clothesline and then he hits a fist drop for a near fall.

Woods goes up top and Cesaro with a punch. Cesaro tries for a superplex but Woods pushes him off and then Woods with a missile drop kick for a near fall. Cesaro grabs the leg and then he sends Woods into the ropes and Cesaro with a European uppercut to the neck and he gets the three count.

Winner: Antonio Cesaro

Richie Steamboat is in the interview area and he says that he is honored to be the new Jack Brisco 15 Champion. He says that he will do his best to make sure that Jack is proud of the way he treats his championship. Richie says that he has a rematch next week against Damien Sandow.

We hear someone demand that the lights be turned on and it is Damien Sandow. Sandow then demands that the lights be turned off. He asks for his spotlight but he is given a super kick by Steamboat.

We are back and we see Maxine, Norman Smiley, Abraham Washington, and James Bronson in the ring while the other wrestlers are on the floor from earlier today. Maxine says that everyone is doing a great job, but she says that she got a memo from the head office stating that everyone must see the new psychologist Dr. Bronson. She says that there is no choice in the matter. Everyone has to go.

William Regal walks out with Summer Rae, and Rob Naylor. We see some awkward close ups before Maxine continues her comments. Everyone has to go see Dr. Bronson.

We are told that the match between Leakee and Leo Kruger has been cancelled because of Leakee’s injury.

We go to commercial, but we will hear from Leo Kruger.

We are back and Road Dogg makes his way to the announce table to take William Regal’s place.

Leo Kruger makes his way to the ring. Leo says hello to the FCW morons and he says that he doesn’t know what happened to Leakee. He says it disappoints him because he was looking forward to the match and the challenge. Leo says that they have to look to the future. He says that he has something special for everyone. He says that he believes in the underdog and Leo says that everyone deserves to see him in action tonight.

Leo is going to establish the Leo Kruger Challenger. Someone in the back will face Leo in a non-title match. If the mystery person can beat him, he will get a title match. If they lose, that person will never get another title match.

Leo tells Road Dogg that he is the champion and he throws out his catchphrase.

Leo introduces his opponent, Mike Dalton.

Match Number Four: Leo Kruger versus Mike Dalton in a Non Title Match

They lock up and Leo pushes Mike away. Leo sends Mike into the corner and he pushes Dalton and gets into the ropes. Dalton with a waist lock take down followed by a snap mare and arm wringer and arm drag take down into an arm bar. Leo with a forearm to the back.

Kruger with punches to Dalton but Dalton with a hip toss and then he punches Leo before going to the turnbuckles for punches. Dalton with a European uppercut and then he kicks Leo in the corner. Kruger with a sunset flip but Dalton rolls through and hits a drop kick for a near fall. Kruger rolls to the floor to regroup. Leo takes his time getting back to the ring and we go to commercial.

We are back and Dalton puts Kruger on the turnbuckles. Dalton climbs up too and tries for a superplex but Kruger blocks it and he drops Dalton on the top rope and Dalton goes to the floor. Kruger sends Dalton into the apron and then slams him on the floor. The referee continues his count but Dalton gets back into the ring and Kruger with a suplex and a near fall.

Kruger with a rear chin lock and he sits on Dalton’s back. Dalton punches Kruger but Kruger with a knee. Kruger with an Irish whip but he runs into a boot and then Dalton goes to the turnbuckles but he is caught by Kruger and Kruger hits a trapped arm overhead belly-to-belly suplex for a near fall. Kruger returns to the rear chin lock.

Kruger with a forearm to the back of the neck and Kruger with a short arm clothesline. Kruger pulls Dalton up again and hits another short arm clothesline. Kruger tries for a third one and hits it. Kruger gets a near fall. Kruger traps the arms but Dalton gets to his feet and he punches Kruger. Kruger runs into an elbow but Kruger catches Dalton and hits a spinebuster for a near fall.

Kruger sets up for the sleeper and he locks it in. Dalton backs Kruger into the corner to get out of the hold but Kruger returns to the sleeper. Kruger with a slam and he goes up top. Dalton with a forearm to stop Kruger and Dalton sets for a rana but Kruger pushes him off. Kruger misses a leg drop from the second turnbuckle.

Kruger with punches but Dalton with forearms. Dalton with flying forearms followed by a spinning heel kick. Dalton with a leaping back elbow into the corner followed by a spinning Olympic Slam for a near fall.

Dalton wih a La Magistral for a near fall. Dalton with another rollup for a near fall. Dalton with a jackknife cover and he gets a near fall.

Kruger says that he is done with this and he starts to leave the ringside area. Road Dogg brings Kruger back into the ring and Dalton with a kick and an Impaler DDT for the three count.

Winner: Mike Dalton
