Titans in Toronto 5, the fifth fundraiser for the Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame (www.pwhf.org), teams this April with WrestleReunion (www.wrestlereunion.com) for an extra-special breakfast with the biggest names yet.
Ticketholders for the breakfast get to choose at which table they sit at, with which wrestler(s), with WrestleReunion VIP ticketholders getting first choice.
Though the timing and format has changed a bit, the goal remains the same — to raise funds for the Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame in Amsterdam, NY, the one and only Hall of Fame for the Sport of Kings. Established in 2002, the PWHF aims to “preserve and promote the dignified history of professional wrestling and to enshrine and pay tribute to professional wrestlers who have advanced this national pastime in terms of athletics and entertainment.â€
Tony Vellano, president of the Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame, is excited about the partnership with WrestleReunion. “Change is always good,†said Vellano. “It’s a chance to further spread the word about the Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame.â€
Long-time fan Jimmy Reedyk attended his first Titans in Toronto in 2010. “It’s a chance to get up close and personal with the stars we loved from the ’70s and ’80s,†he said.
Tickets are $50, with $10 of each ticket going directly to the PWHF.
There will be a silent auction and exclusive PWHF products available for purchase, with proceeds going to the PWHF.
Please note that autographs and photographs will be extremely limited at this breakfast due to time constraints. Most of the listed wrestlers above will be available during the WrestleReunion event on Friday and Saturday.
