TNA taped Impact Wrestling tonight in Orlando, Florida. I walked in during the first segment below, so if they taped anything before this, I missed it:
2/16:
*TNA champion Bobby Roode came out boasting of his win at Against All Odds, saying that the highlight was that Sting was forced to raise his arm. Sting comes out and says he is going to make what happened last night right and that's give Jeff Hardy a title match tonight with No DQ.
*TNA champion Bobby Roode defeated Jeff Hardy. Hardy beat Roode to the stage and dove off onto Roode. He was going for the swanton when Kurt Angle attacked him, knocking him off the ropes and setting up Roode getting the pin.
*James Storm pinned Bully Ray to become the top contender to the TNA title. Ray worked on Storm's leg to ward off the superkick, even ripping off his boot. Storm came back to snap a superkick and get the win. Storm celebrated in the ring but Ray attacked him and laid him out. Brandon Jacobs of the New York Giants hit the scene and stared down with Bully Ray. Ray spit beer in his face to set up a pull apart.
*They re-taped the finish of Hardy vs. Roode, only this time Angle sent Hardy into the stairs to set up the finish.
*Zema Ion & TNA X-Division champion Austin Aries defeated Alex Shelley and Shannon Moore: Aries and Ion got into an argument afterward since Ion is the top contender
*Madison Rayne won a Ten Knockout Battle Royal to become the top contender for the Knockouts title, pissing off Gail Kim. Rayne sat ringside the entire bout, then tossed Velvet Sky at the end.
*Ric Flair. Gunner and Eric Bischoff come out. Bischoff cuts a promo saying that Gunner destroyed Garett Bischoff's career and warned his son to never, ever return to TNA. No Garett. No Hulk Hogan.
*Sting informs Bobby Roode that he will defend against James Storm at Lockdown and Roode attacked Sting and laid him out with the TNA title belt.
Partial Results for 2/23 Impact:
*New York Giant Brandon Jacobs came out and cut a promo putting over James Storm. He calls out Bully Ray and said that he's back in Ray's backyard and challenged him. They go back and forth on the mic, leading to Ray ripping on Jacobs and the Giants. Ray said he's not going to fight someone who only ran 59 yards at the Superbowl. Jacobs chased him to the back.
*Jeff Hardy & James Storm (with Brandon Jacobs) vs. Bully Ray & Kurt Angle in a No DQ match. Jacobs entered the ring and chokeslammed Ray through a table to set up the finish, then hits the James Storm, "Sorry about your damn luck" line. The show ended with Jacobs raising Storm's hand.
Obviously, they filmed the last two segments since they only had Jacobs in for the one night.
