Just out of curiosity do you think there is a chance we will ever see Sting in a WWE ring after his TNA run is done? I grew up with the Monday night wars and I don’t know if you feel the same but it’s something I have always wanted to see. If you don’t think so what reasons do you feel why it won’t happen? BTW you guys are the best will never read another wrestling news site have no problem paying 7$ a month for the elite keep up the good work!

First off, thanks for your support of the site.  We wouldn't be here without people like you!  As for Sting, he has talked with WWE many, many times but never pulled the trigger on coming in.  He has pretty much said that he will work for TNA until he retires so I don't think he has any plans on going to WWE at this point in his career.  Honestly, given how they booked most of the other WCW stars in the past, I can't say I blame him there.  I could see him being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame one day, but I think that will be the extent of it.

Hey, you guys rock! I went to the Tucson Smackdown, NXT, Superstars recordings. My son who is only 6 noticed that A-Ry came strong on at the end of NXT to save his friend but then on the same night (and yes I know that it was for a different show but my son didn't get it) he came back and lost to B-Clay in about 3 seconds, then we watched the Royal Rumble and he saw A-Ry get toss out in less than a minute. My son said, "I guess he's not John Cena" lol. Anyway, my question; don't the performers have some sort of saying in the matter to say, "wait a minute that doesn't make any sense, can we do something else? Or they are just at the mercy of whoever is running the creative side of the house."

The top guys have varying degrees of input into their characters but beyond that the guys can either do what creative wants or leave.  Guys do occasionally offer ideas but they tend to not be heard by creative.  What's funny is that your young son sees things that the adults who write the storylines don't.

You said that you don't like the Zack Ryder-Cena- Kane story line is because it makes Ryder look like a goof. My problem with that is his gimmick now is he is a goofy dude from Long Island. I mean bro (pun intended) have you seen his show just acts like a big goof? So shouldn't the story line help Zack you think?

If the idea is to make him look like even more of a goof, and a wimpy coward to boot, then yes it's great for his character.  My problem with it is goofy, wimpy characters don't go anywhere or draw money.  A few months ago, people wanted to get behind him so it made sense to morph him from goofy to credible.  That is my problem with it.  It would not shock me to see them have Ryder come back and beat Kane at Mania, but they haven't done him any favors thus far.  They don't get that how they present a character today affects how the fans see him going forward.

I must confess that I have only seen about half the Royal Rumbles since its inception. I was wondering if there has ever been a Rumble match as bad as this year's incarnation. I could handle Jerry Lawler and Booker T surprise appearances but Michael Cole? In my opinion the rest of the match wasn't much better.

It may not have been the worst quality wise (then again, it might have) but I think it was the worst overall because it really only pushed one younger guy, Sheamus.  It also pointed out how light WWE is on talent, so for those two reasons I will give it worst status.

Kofi is in the title match at elimination chamber and I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking he won't be walking out with the title. My question is what happened to Kofi's push when his character was taking on the then heel Randy Orton. I've always liked Kofi and would like to see the return of that more serious character and maybe a World or WWE championship run. Your thoughts?

Kofi could be replaced with a number of other young talents in this question.  It's just the lame way the WWE creative process works with young guys.  I wish I could explain it, but I can't.  I too would like to see Kofi play a more real character and see what he has to offer.
