TMZ has a story about David Otunga defending a man who believed he was wrongfully terminated and denied unemployment benefits for his appeal to the NY State Department of Labor. Otunga won and the man will get his benefits. Otunga did it pro bono. I was going to use a headline like "David Otunga returns to being a lawyer" but I didn't want to get anyone's hopes up that he is done with WWE.
Joe Stein sent this item. ... I just wanted to fill you in on a brief but good interview Dolph Ziggler did with the "105.7 the X morning show" this morning. It was brief and he was in character the whole time. He was very entertaining, going back and forth with the host who was questioning the tactics he uses to win at any cost. Dolph said it would be great to win on Sunday and has the referee in his back pocket. Said he may be in the rumble. When asked who from the past he would like to see enter the Rumble he said Ultimate Warrior. Talked about Jack Swagger a little and their collegiate backgrounds. Then a brief word association with various wrestlers to wrap it up.
As a follow up from yesterday's audio, for those who asked Pat Patterson was indeed at Smackdown this week. Since The Rumble is his baby, it makes perfect sense.
