WWE is taping Smackdown and NXT tonight in Las Vegas with World champ Daniel Bryan vs. Mark Henry, Sheamus vs. Wade Barrett and the Roulette wheel that makes random matches scheduled for the show.
There was no WWE Hall of Fame announcement as they announced two inductees last week to push Hall of Fame ticket sales. They intend to take their time with the other names. Obviously Mil Mascaras is in and as we mentioned in the Elite section last week, Yokozuna is expected to be inducted as well.
Former WWE Diva Stacy Keibler signed with talent agency WME yesterday. She's been a lot more in demand since dating George Clooney, obviously.
Maria Kanellis was backstage visiting at Raw.
Actor Dennis Haskins, who played "Mr. Belding" on every incarnation of NBC's Saved By The Bell, was sitting behind the announcers at Raw last night. He's a lifelong wrestling fan and recently did the Zack Ryder online show.
Perez Hilton wrote on his Twitter account that he expected to be booed by the Raw audience last night so, "I wasn't butthurt from it." The appearance was made for two reasons. One, he has a HUGE following online and two, to promote a fitness blog series that several of the babyface Divas are doing on his website.
Chad Pinnix sent word that local advertising for the 2/24 Los Angeles, CA WWE Supershow at the Staples Center lists WWE champ CM Punk defending the title, John Cena vs. Kane and Zack Ryder vs. Dolph Ziggler.
