ZANDIG RETURNING TO FORMER ECW ARENA THIS SATURDAY FOR FINAL 'CZW DEATH MATCH'

Former CZW owner and champion John Zandig vs. DJ Hyde in a "Death Match" has been added to the final Combat Zone Wrestling event this Saturday afternoon at the ECW Arena in Philadelphia, PA. Zandig, who pretty much retired and left the promotion last year, confirmed this morning that he was in to come back and do a proper sendoff for the company in the venue.

Zandig, then owner of CZW, first brought the company to the Arena in December 2001 for Cage of Death 3. Since then, CZW has gone on to run more events in the facility than any other entity, wrestling or otherwise.

This Saturday will be the latest WrestlingBusTrips event, leaving Queens and Manhattan, NYC to what appears to be the final events ever at the former ECW Arena on Saturday 1/14/11.   The NYC fans have always made the infamous venue even more electric, so this is your chance to so one more time.

The cost of the trip will be just $120, which will include tickets to both the EVOLVE and Combat Zone Wrestling events, a special exclusive event to be announced, and round trip transportation on a luxury coach bus complete with TV monitors playing some of the most classic moments in the history of the building.  We will also have some special guests popping up on the bus in Philadelphia as well as one other surprise we hope to announce shortly.

We will be picking up at:
 
10:45 AM in Elmhurst, NY at the White Castle on Queens Boulevard.

11:15 in NYC at the Hammerstein Ballroom in Manhattan (311 West 34th Street)
