1980s star Dick Slater was arrested on 12/31 in St. Petersburg, FL for retail theft. The last few years haven't been kind to Slater. At the NWA Legends Fanfest over the summer, he was looking to be in really rough shape in a wheelchair from a back surgery.

I had the chance to watch Kayfabe Commentaries' latest DVD release "Youshoot with Tony Atlas" earlier today and for old stories of working with and dealing with Ric Flair, Wahoo McDaniel and other old school talents, it's awesome. Atlas also goes into a lot on his thoughts on the state of America, which was a really interesting discussion, as well as some interesting history bits from The South, as well as the usual comedic things you'd come to expect from a KFC release.
