What is the status of Tough Enough?

All I have heard is that everyone involved expects there to be a second season.  My guess is that even if USA doesn't pick it up they could always run it on the WWE Network.  They will need the programming after all.

If Jericho isn't the guy returning tonight, outside if the Undertaker, wouldn't it be a fairly major let-down? Even the Taker returning would be a let down IMHO, because he hasn't been a fixture on Raw for years, and while he's for sure earned whatever role/position he wants, as a fan I'd click if the big debut was the dead man. Should I expect the worst, or accept that Chris Jericho all the sudden being done with wrestling questions on twitter is just a coincidence?

I agree with you that it needs to be a big name for people to care about it.  Undertaker, while inactive since last year's WrestleMania, hasn't really been "gone" from WWE but yes if for some bizarre reason it doesn't turn out to be Jericho, Taker is the only guy that I can see them putting in the spot if they want the thing to get over.

I (like many others) have speculated for a long time about a possible Cena heel turn, but at this point I have to believe that WWE has waited too long. What I would see happening is the young kids and teen girls who cheer for him would boo, the ones who have been after him to turn would cheer, and there is no real change in anything. I know you have said repeatedly that from a merchandising standpoint it wouldn't make sense, but at this point I believe it would be a wash. Your thoughts? Also, to the person who dissed on Lilian Garcia, screw you, fella. She can grace my TV any old day and misspeak all she wants, so long as I get to see her.

Yeah, I largely agree with you, on both counts!  If Cena turns the kids and girls will boo but I get the feeling that even if he does the same act he does as a face after a turn, the male fans won't boo him like they do now since they don't want him to get over as they legitimately dislike the character.

So let me get this straight : Mark Henry breaks Kane's leg, and puts him on the shelf for a while. Then Kane returns and goes after Cena due to a slogan? Of a concept? And this makes sense how? Oh yea…WWE sense. Or am I missing something?

The same thing I am missing.  The promo, in addition to being way too long, made no sense logically.  Kane walked right past the guy who broke his leg?  Even if he had an issue with Cena logic says he would have addressed Henry first whether he was a heel or a babyface.

With the way things went down on the 12/26 Raw, do you think WWE might actually hold out CM Punk vs. John Laurinaitis until WrestleMania? Yes it’s shudder worthy but it was WWE we’re talking about. And since it’s part of the subject, how well do you think Johnny Ace is doing as the McMahon to Punk’s Austin?

God NO!  That would completely undermine Punk if they did.  He deserves a WrestleMania moment, not a WrestleMania disaster.
