Why do you think that Adam Pearce has not been picked up by WWE or Impact Wrestling? He is one of the best promo guys there is and it's a shame he is not with one of the big two companies.

That's a good question. Pearce did turn down a TNA tryout a few years back. He's had talks with WWE in the past but in the end it just never happened. He's a good old school type worker so one would think they would want someone who can work, but unfortunately age and look has a higher premium for the larger companies in 2011.

Hey guys, love the site and while I haven't watched WWE regularly since 2009 for a variety of reasons, I still occasionally read reports and results on your site. This question relates to your report from this week's Slammy Awards edition of Raw. I believe a hint was made according to that report during a Triple H promo that leads me to believe there may be unfinished business between him and Undertaker and there may be another WM match between them in future. Also, Kane returned complete with wig and new mask which hints strongly in my opinion that he may be coming to the end of his in ring career once this run has come to an end. In that case, what are your thoughts on a possible WM29 match between Kane, Undertaker and Triple H? In my view, it could help give at least some kind of a threat to the streak and due to his injuries, not only could Kane and Triple H help protect the Deadman, he would also not have to do as much in ring action as his opponents. This way, Kane can retire against Undertaker at the biggest ppv of the WWE calendar year, Triple H could get his closure against the Deadman and Undertaker himself could retire with the streak at 20-0. I imagine the fans would be forgiving of that kind of scenario considering he may not be able to pull off another one on one match with the way his body is now after putting it on the line for coming up to 28 years now. Thanks.

That isn't a bad idea at all.  Honestly, I am not looking forward to another HHH-Taker match.  Last year's was good, but I can't see them really doing much to make this year's different.

What do you think of the idea of a DX themed Hall of Fame? Have everyone in DX sans Shawn Michaels be inducted though HBK could be the “host”, as well as the person who would induct HHH. Hunter, of course, would be the main inductee of the ceremony but considering, Road Dogg, X-Pac, Chyna and Billy Gunn’s high point in their careers were DX, you might as well put them together. WWE could even induct Mike Tyson as part of the celebrity wing, it would make more sense than putting in Drew Carey. And then think of how the HOF could be all DXed out. All the graphics and logos could be “spray painted” green with DX signs, “Break it Down” would interrupt the prestigious sounding Hall of Fame music.

I have no problem with them doing it except I don't see them touching Chyna.  Given that she is a porn actress and a stripper now, not to mention the issue of her being HHH's jilted ex-girlfriend, I don't see WWE aligning themselves with her. As for the rest of the guys, sure I could see it.

Do you think that Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Hollywood Hogan at Wrestlemania X8 would have meant more than The Rock vs. Hollywood Hogan?

Maybe to Hogan, but it wasn't going to happen because Austin remembered how he was held back in WCW and didn't want to work with the Hulk.  Hogan has tried to get a match with Austin ever since and one would think that Austin has taken great joy in shutting him out.  What goes around comes around.  As for a draw, I think it would have been about the same as Rock.

With the new network coming I was wondering two things. First will be there blood on the new network? And will Chris Benoit matches be shown?

I highly doubt that they will change their stance on showing Benoit matches from what it is now.  Occasionally, a match with Benoit it (non-singles) makes it way onto a DVD or other clip, but I don't see them doing singles matches.  If they do blood at all, it would be in the late night hours but even then, I don't think they will embrace showing it when we know all that we do now about blood-borne diseases.
