Beefcake says he will suing over the allegations Linda has made, intimating he and Hogan had a homosexual fling.
"I've known [Linda] for almost 40 years ... but when she starts trying to ruin our careers, it just ain't fair," Beefcake told the website.
Beefcake, who has known Hogan since before they broke into the business, is considered one of Hogan's closest confidantes and friends.
