LUKE ROBINSON BEING SIGNED BY WWE, WHAT TO DO WITH UNDERTAKER AT WRESTLEMANIA AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2011-12-10 10:00:00

After reading what you posted about Jim Ross and Andy Leavine's progress, has WWE shown any interest in getting Runner-Up Luke a contract? I thought he was far better in the ring and on the mic than Leavine and could have been a pretty decent heel.

There's been no talk of signing Luke.

With Wrestlemania just around the corner and the talk of the Undertaker coming back. Who do you feel would be the right choice to face him ?

It depends on the direction you want to go with him. If you want him to have an easy match, I say build up Brodus Clay and feed him to Taker. If you want to go for the "classic" type of show stealing match we've seen in recent years (Batista, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, etc.), I'd rematch him against HHH. There's unfinished business there. Or you could just so a crazy light show and smoke and have him return from the grave to build to a Summerslam match or something.

In one word how would you describe the current state/atmosphere within WWE? Mine would be two words: Twilight Zone.

How come you can use two words and I can only use one? I would say "regenerating" because they are in a lull right now with the hope of coming out of it stronger.

So far Karen Jarrett has had the Knockouts in a Lingerie match and most recently ordered them to wash cars in bikinis. Any idea what next? Pillow fights? Mud Wrestling? Is there a fear TNA is turning the Knockout Division into another version of WWE's Womens (Divas) division?

There's no fear. They have gone in that direction, because it sells, whether any of us who want to see great wrestling with women agree with it or not - it sells.

I was recently watching an old wwe show & saw that when the female performers were helped into the ring the bottom & middle ropes were held open for the lady to step through, what I want to know is why was it done like this & why is it that it is only the old school performers that seem to do this nowadays?

It was probably done because culturally, women were presented more "lady-like" while the characters today are supposed to be more strong and independent.
