WHY BIG SHOW ISN'T AT RAW, MIZ ON CONAN, NEW MSG MAIN EVENT, LASHLEY IN NYC AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2011-12-05 22:21:40
Brian White sent word that Big Show appeared on the American Country Awards tonight on the FOX Network, doing a comedy skit where he chokeslammed host Trace Adkins and presented an award. The show is in Vegas.

Miz will be on Conan on TBS this Thursday.

WWE had "Slammy Awards" trending earlier today on Twitter.

The 12/27 WWE return to Madison Square Garden will now be headlined by CM Punk defending the WWE title inside a Steel Cage against The Miz, John Cena and Alberto Del Rio. The bout was originally announced as a Three-Way with Alberto and Cena.

Family Wrestling Entertainment issued the following press release, detailing their 12/17 event, which will feature the return of Bobby Lashley to pro wrestling and more:

NEW YORK, NY., November 25, 2011 – F.W.E. (Family Wrestling Entertainment) presents “HAASTILITY.” It will take place live on December 17th, 2011 as we return to 3 Legged Dog Studios (located on 80 Greenwich Street, New York, NY.)

This is our most stacked card to date. The F.W.E. fans are getting the Christmas Bonus this year as our final event for 2011 will feature 9 huge matches!

F.W.E. Heavyweight Title Match:
Charlie Haas <V> “Showtime” Eric Young

This feud comes to a head as Haas has his first title defense against the man who stole the F.W.E. Heavyweight Title from him and has been wearing the title since, Young. Who will walk out of “HAASTILITY” as the undisputed Champion?

Women’s Action!
Winter <V> Jackie Haas

These two gals have made quite the ruckus in F.W.E.’s brief history. In her first match with the company, Winter was victorious over fellow T.N.A. Knockout Rosita. Jackie, in her first appearance in the company, rattled the cage of former WWE Diva Melina and got into a huge brawl with her. As we ready to crown the first F.W.E. Women’s Champion, these two women want to be in contention.

Battle Of The Big Men:
“The Real Deal” Bobby Lashley <V> “The Freak” Rob Terry

At “FALLOUT”, both men made their debut for the company. Lashley, making a statement to the crowd was interrupted by Robbie E & Rob Terry. By the end of the event, a huge brawl broke out which saw both men get into it. They will settle their issues at “HAASTILITY.”

Tri – Borough Championship Tournament Final:
“The Cinematic Superstar” Johnny Knockout <V> “The Final Freebird” Damien Darling

We will crown the first F.W.E. Tri – Borough Champion at “HAASTILITY.” On the road to the finals, JKO defeated T.N.A.’s Robbie while Darling defeated Jay Santana. JKO is a huge upstart in this company, having a 2 – 0 record while Darling was in a little slump, but after being on the verge of being forced out of the company has found his groove and is on a winning streak. Who will make F.W.E. history?

“The Innovator Of Violence” Tommy Dreamer <V> Robbie E.

Dreamer makes his return home to N.Y.C. As he makes his debut for F.W.E., he will face the newly crowned T.N.A. Television Champion, Robbie E. After E. suffered a loss to Johnny Knockout at “FALLOUT”, he is angry and wants to make an example of Dreamer. Will it be a happy homecoming for the NYC crowd or will Robbie Fist Pump out of 3LD Studios victorious.

Jay Lethal <V> “Yours Truly” Alex Reynolds

The last time we saw Lethal, he was involved in the Main Event of “EMPIRE CITY SHOWDOWN” which saw Charlie Haas come out as the first F.W.E. Heavyweight Champion. Lethal was in it to the end and was very close to being the first champ. Reynolds was in the first ever F.W.E. match, while losing, returned at “FALLOUT” and defeated Hawaii Allen. Lethal would love to get back in contention for a Heavyweight Title shot while Reynolds needs this win to make a huge statement.

The Patriot <v> Malta The Damager

Both men are undefeated in F.W.E. Patriot has faced the likes of Boris Naboka and Damien Darling to claim his victories. This world traveled star would love to be in contention for the F.W.E Heavyweight Title. Malta the Damager has victories over Joe So Delicious, Joey Ace & Xander Page. Malta, not only would love a shot at the Heavyweight Title, but is dying to get his hands on Charlie Haas who has taken to attacking Malta for a reason we still do not know. This match will be huge to see who will move up the rankings.

Tag Team Grudge Match:
EJ Risk & VSK <V> The Midnight Sensations (Chris Rockwell & Sam Shields)

At “FALLOUT”, VSK & EJ Risk were in the middle of a heated contest when out of the crowd, The Midnight Sensations attacked them. After being left off the card, The Midnights were not going to let a F.W.E. show go by without their presence being felt. An impromptu match was signed by the F.W.E. Board Of Directors for later that evening, which was won by The Midnights, but by questionable means. Surprisingly, the makeshift team of EJ & VSK

The Funky Fresh Boys (K – Fresh & K - Funk) (V) Diamond Inc. (Jason Gotti & Joey Ace)

The F.W.E. Tag Team division is heating up. Both of these teams have been featured teams but have yet to pick up that all important win. The Funky Fresh Boys have been very impressive and close to scoring important wins. Diamond Inc. have two big things on their side, the lovely Diamond Dee & an unofficial alliance with Charlie Haas. This match is big for both teams leading into the forthcoming F.W.E. Tag Team Title tournament.
