With Sin Cara’s recent unlucky injury suffered at Survivor Series, what are the plans for the attempt at the most masks worn at a single event taking place at Wrestlemania 28? If Mysterio can’t make it back in time either what will happen?

That is a good question.  My guess is that it will be forgotten but that is just a guess.

I am a Timer Warner customer, and have always wondered why WWE RAW (or any pro wrestling, er entertainment programming) isn't part of their Entertainment on Demand option for the USA or other Networks. Has there ever been an explanation as to why not?

That isn't a Time Warner call, it's a WWE/USA call.  They want the show to be a must watch kind of broadcast, like sports are.  Also, WWE is fine with it as well.  They both want the show to get the best rating that it can, which is why they have never put the whole show online either.

When do you think the downward spiral with bad creative booking in WWE started? I know that even when things were going well there were still some mind-blowing decisions made. And visa versa like now when things are bad we get a few glimpses of hope once in a while. So overall how long do you think things have been bad in WWE?

I think the creative process started getting stale after Stephanie McMahon took over the reins as the head of the team.  To be clear, I don't blame her for it.  Creative is really run by Vince McMahon.  I think that after years of being successful during the attitude era, he just stopped innovating and did "by the numbers" kind of shows.  Also, Brock Lesnar leaving in 2004 after getting pushed to the moon made Vince feel burned and he has been hesitate to go all the way with talents since.  So I would say some time around 2002 or 2003 the product fell into the rut of sameness and in 2004 Vince changed how he pushed all of the top guys except John Cena.

Are there any really good wrestling YouTube videos you could recommend? Something that a lot of people may not have seen when it first aired on TV? A really good promo or match?

Good Lord, there is a ton of great stuff on YouTube.  Type in ECW or Bill Watts UWF or number of other things.  There is a ton of great stuff there.  There are two places to start.

When the WWE do house shows do they have extra wrestlers at the arena in case someone doesn't show up or only the ones that are scheduled to be on the card are at the arena?

They often have some extra talent, like younger guys, there for various reasons but they don't really plan for no-shows.  They expect their talent to be professional and appear at the shows.
