I remember you worked back at 1Wrestling.com. What was that like for you?  Why did you leave?

It was a lot of fun and helped get me where I am today.  I had a successful print newsletter and hotline back in 1997 when Bob Ryder asked me if I wanted to combine forces and do the site.  From then until 2004 when I left, I feel that we did a lot cool things as wrestling coverage on the web, and the web itself, were taking off.  I wouldn't trade the experiences I had back there with Bob and Joey Styles for anything.  Everything that we did there led to us being where we are here today at PWInsider.com.  I have a lot of fond memories of my time at the old site.  Basically, I left because Bob was working for TNA and Joey had aspirations of staying in the business, which he did with WWE.  I just wanted to cover the business as I always did so it made the most sense for me to leave and start a site where I had full control of everything.

Also, what was it like to work on the ECW site?

I had a ball doing it.  What a lot of people don't know is that Bob Ryder actually bought the domain and put the site up for Paul Heyman.  It was really a "1Wrestling does ECW" website.  It was a lot of fun to do because in addition to helping out ECW by giving them a web presence, I got to go to a lot of cool places and hang out with my friends in the process.  It was amazing how much content we churned out with such a tiny staff.  Jim Quigley, Scrap Dog, Buck Woodward, Mike Johnson and myself basically ran that sucker with tin cans and string but it still looked good and did strong traffic.  It was a lot of fun.

Am I the only one who noticed that Sheamus used the same leg that was in Swagger's ankle lock to give Swagger a backbreaker and also Brogue Kick him with?

Yes, you are.  Seriously, it's entertainment to WWE, not wrestling.  Being realistic is not high on their list of things to do today.

I understand if you can't answer this because you don't want to out anyone but if you can, who is the best person you ever met in wrestling?

I most certainly can answer this one.  Without a doubt, the best person I have met in the wrestling business, by far, is ECW Founder Tod Gordon.  There isn't a better person on the planet than Tod.  Everyone else in the business is fighting for second place.

Is the Rock coming back to wrestle at Mania just another way for him to push the new GI Joe movie down all our throats?

No, he is not, but that doesn't mean that they won't do just that when the movie comes out.  The Rock came back because he wanted to do so, it's that simple.  I am sure the pay day didn't hurt either.
