THE NEW HEYMAN-GORDON PROJECT?, TNA RING MUSIC, MOCKING WCW AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2011-10-15 10:00:00
My question is about the recent post on WWE.com, bashing WCW's past wrestlers who didn't get over. Do you think this was tastely and spiteful misdirection from how the product they show now is almost as bad? They may not use these gimmicks, but they feed us so much bullcrap that I could believe in those crazy personalities better than what's going on lately. Do you feel this is a slide of hand so it draws attention away from how they are dropping the ball?

No, I think they were just trying to get impressions for the WCW website.

A few years ago, Tod Gordon claimed in an interview that he and Paul Heyman had a new project but couldn't legally announce it. When will they?

Never. There is no such project. Gordon said it to mock the interviewers, not as a way to tease a new wrestling project. It was just taken as such by people that didn't realize he was joking.

Where are the Usos?

NXT.

Do you think we'll ever see Janice or Bob Carter as TNA personalities?

No.

Who writes the music for TNA?

A lot of the music is actually developed by Serg Salinas, Dixie Carter's husband. Their ring music is one of the company's most underrated assets.
