SIN CHAVO?, WHY ANGLE DIDN'T RETURN TO WWE, THE ORIGINAL WINNING STREAK AND MORE

By Mike Johnson on 2011-10-07 10:00:00
I was wondering after reading the question about Crimson in TNA having a number added to his streak, I was wondering if anyone knows what Tatanka winning streak was numbers wise. I remember he was undefeated for two years but never heard a number attached to it.

There was never an official number announced for the streak.

When will TNA realize that Hulk Hogan is not a DRAW, Ric Flair is not a draw and Sting is on his last legs? Sting getting beat down every week is not believable. No one would take it. Throwing hotshot after hotshot makes it all mean less. The old after-show, Reaction, with interviews and profiles they used to do was better than the Impact show. They pack too much into a show and WWE is too skit oriented..........they both insult my intelligence. Hey, when is a Mexican (American) going to want to get that belt off Jarrett and rub his face into it?

Nothing is going to change until either one of the names you mentioned leaves the company or Dixie Carter decides that there is nothing left to be gained from utilizing them. Whether you or I enjoy the product or not, the reality is that the company continues to grow, especially in international markets.

How do wrestlers practice high flying moves without injuring themselves? Do the have foam pits or special mats?

A lot of times, crash pads are used these days, although that wasn't always the case.

Just wondering about your opinion on the possibility that the second Sin Cara is actually Chavo Guerrero

It's not Guerrero. It's WWE developmental talent Hunico.

I recently read that WWE didn't even offer Kurt a deal after his TNA contract expired. WTF?? Kurt's personal problems aside, which are surely treatable, why no contract offer from the talent-lite WWE?

Angle was breaking down physically and some might say emotionally during the end of his WWE run, which is why he was released from the company. Given their more stringent Wellness and physical testing and Angle's recent arrests, I don't know that he could currently pass WWE's requirements, so no offer was made. It's important to note that Angle's TNA deal never expired, so "legally" he couldn't talk to WWE either.
