What the hell is WWE doing with CM Punk?  A few months ago he's this outlaw who speaks his mind and threatens to leave with the world title.  Now he's buddying up with Cena.  Triple H beats him on a pay per view and then the next night Triple H rips his coat off in a threatening manner and Punk just stands there like an idiot and does nothing.  Would you ever see Austin or any top heel react like this if Vince did this back in the day?

I wish I had a better answer than "That's WWE booking for you" but I don't.  I agree, Punk's push was unique and interesting.  I wish it would have continued in that manner but WWE just doesn't want to do that kind of thing I guess.

Why did Mike Awesome never become a main event player in either WCW or WWE? He had a good look and was very agile for his size and of course had been the ECW champion. Just seems like he could have done well especially in WWE.

He was kind of quiet for one thing.  He wasn't about lobbying for himself.  He also wasn't a great promo and at that time, being a great promo was very important.  I think he would have gotten a better shot in WWE.  In WCW, he was somewhat of a threat due to his size and talent so they gave him a really stupid gimmick.

I know this question is stupid but wrestling can be stupider than that at times: has anybody use Spock's "Vulcan nerve pinch" as a finisher?

I have never heard of anyone using it.  Chris Jericho would probably go nuts yelling about gimmick infringement if someone did!  And hey, it's no dumber than The Claw or The Atomic Noogie!

I just got finished watching WCW Starrcade 2000 and apart from the first match it is a really poor PPV. Given that this was WCW's premier PPV event and the talent they had available why were they not able to put on a good show?

You obviously weren't around at the end of WCW.  The product on the whole was really bad.  It was no surprise that Starrcade was too at the time.  A few months later, Time Warner sold the company for pennies on the dollar to WWE.

Do you think Bully Ray's current storyline has added years to his career? And what do you think will happen with D-Von? Is he expendable?

I think Ray has broken out nicely as a singles worker and shown he could be more than just part of a tag team.  So yes, I think it has added value to his career.  I don't think D-Von is expendable though.  He has always been a good promo and is the kind of veteran that is great to have around to help young talent.
