How do you think Paul Heyman and Jim Cornette would work together, if they had complete creative control over TNA or WWE?

It won't ever happen in WWE since that is the exclusive domain of the McMahon family.  If they were to work together in TNA I just don't see it working because Heyman would want complete control if he were to go there.  Even if he would accept power with Cornette, the two just don't get along well enough or have the same vision of booking to work together as equals.

The night after SummerSlam 2004, when Randy Orton (heel in Evolution) won the world title, HHH, Ric Flair & Batista turned on him, ultimately making him a face and having him feud with the heel Evolution for 4/5 months there after. My question is why did WWE have Orton come out and cut a heel promo on the fans at the top of that Monday Night Raw when all along the plan was to turn him face that night and go against the big heels. Surely a more fan friendly promo not only would have helped his turn, but given Evolution more of a reason to turn on him that night?

Seven years later I still don't understand the way they booked Orton back then.  I would love to give you a cogent explanation as to why any of that happened but I can't because I don't know of one that exists.

When are Hogan/Flair/Bischoff's TNA deals up? And do you see them being given extended deals?

They said that they signed two year contracts so that means January 2012 will see them expire.  I think if they want to re-sign, TNA will do so.  I also think if either man got a better offer elsewhere they would be gone.  I have seen TNA do a lot for those two and them do very, very little for TNA in return.

I’ve been amused by some of the recent “quit stealing my move” comments made by wrestlers. Granted, I understand using a so-called “trademark” move of an active wrestler is a no-no. But, aren’t all wrestling moves recycled from generation to generation? Other than some of the crazy flip ‘n fly type guys, I don’t see any moves that are truly new. Some go back decades.

I totally agree with you.  To me, the only people that can even talk about "stealing moves" are guys that created moves themselves.  Beside that, everything is fair game in my world.

The term popping is ridiculous, why not say the crowd cheered loudly?

The term has been around the business for years.  It is how people in the business referred to crowd reaction.  So, it's not ridiculous.  You can say pop or cheer, whatever makes you happy is fine.
