I just heard audio on Opie & Anthony of Vince McMahon on Phil Donahue in 1992 regarding sexual harassment in the WWF. I found the whole show on YouTube afterward and was shocked I had never seen this before. Just a couple questions. McMahon made it sound like Pat Patterson was no longer with the company at the time of the show. Obviously he was back in a major way during the Attitude Era. Where did Patterson go and was it due to this scandal? Secondly, Superstar Graham and Bruno Sammartino really threw Vince under the bus here in a major way (whether the allegations were true or not). How on earth did Graham end up getting inducted into the HOF years later? In addition, WWE has tried several times to induct Sammartino. Wouldn't that burn some major bridges with Vince??

Pat was gone for a short time due to that incident but came back later on.  He wasn't really involved but it was a "guilt by association" thing. Patterson laid low and then came back.  Vince McMahon had a love-hate relationship with Graham.  The history was tha Graham would blow up at Vince, then would apologize.  Then the cycle would start again.  WWE will never induct Bruno unless Bruno agrees.  I see no chance of that happening.

Whatever happened with the guys whose family owned the NY Mets that were suppose to start a new wrestling promotion and sign all these big name wrestlers last year?

Ah, the supposed Wilpon promotion.  It was never really that close to happening but it fell apart very quickly.  The general rule is to believe it when you see it.

So with WWE wanting to build/rebuild/resurrect the tag team division, any chance of the World’s Greatest Tag Team (Haas and Benjamin) coming back into the fold? Both are strong, solid, and talented competitors, and would bring an established team into the division to help elevate the younger guys. I’m not saying that they should have the belts or anything (though I would not be disappointed if they do).

If they are truly committed to pushing tag teams again, those guys are obviously great people to bring in.  They can really go and both have good looks.

Whatever happened to Mason Ryan? Character overhaul, injury, or something else?

He was out injured.  He returned to action over the weekend.

I know that Hulk Hogan gets this rap for not doing jobs, specifically with Shawn Michaels and Randy Orton, but why did he do it for The Rock and Brock Lesnar? Albeit the Michaels and Orton matches happened a couple years later.

Years ago, he was still playing ball and working a lot more regularly with WWE so he was willing to play ball more.  Later in his career, he was more protective of his spot because he had become an attraction to Vince McMahon, not a regular.
